Tradizione is a reminder of the 60 year tradition of roasting coffee.
We now know that a high proportion of Robusta beans is not a disadvantage. Rather the opposite, if the roaster, as is the case here, knows the plantations of his coffees personally and selects the green beans meticulously, a very special blend can be created.

The small but beautiful share of quality Arabica beans comes from Brazil, Kenya, Cuba, Nepal, Peru and Puerto Rico. However, it is the Robusta beans from India that give this blend its strength, character and body. They dominate the taste and aroma profile. On the palate you will find notes of caramel, malt and chocolate. On the tip of the tongue, citrus fruits.

Acidity has no place here. The traditional, long roasting with a drum roaster reduces this to an almost imperceptible level.

But Tradizione is much more than a "booster": the medium roast brings out a pleasant "spiciness" and fine notes of toast and bitter chocolate from the aromatic beans. With its remarkable cream, this coffee is particularly suitable for espresso and café crème.
