Developed by none other than Toni Ardente himself - born in Naples and founder of Hamburg's most famous café/bar - the Favorita in the Eimsbüttel district. That's why this exceptional blend is named Favorita. Forget everything you think you know about the best coffee! This one will surprise you.

The fact that the Favorita is not an ordinary blend is already revealed by its packaging. If you look closely, you will find the HoReCa mention on the packaging. This abbreviation for HOtel - REstaurant - CAfé actually only refers to coffees reserved for fine dining. And that's exactly the case with Ardente coffees. They have been developed exclusively for the best restaurants and cafes. We have finally convinced Toni to allow us to offer his coffee here exclusively.

Of course, the Favorita blend is dark roasted in the Neapolitan style. The beans are almost oily and provide a super dense crema in the cup. With its extra high Robusta content, this espresso literally knocks you off your feet. First, on the palate, chocolate notes are paired with hazelnut and some dried fruit flavors come into play. Then, the mouthfeel transforms into a wonderful, cocoa-flavored smooth coffee. Of course, the Favorita has a very long and intense tasting finish. And that's a good thing - because you simply don't want to forget this aroma!
