The "Arcà Latte" line by Tumminello is a limited edition of collector’s tins that changes every year. In 2023, the artwork was created by Michelangelo Lacagnina, who aimed to highlight the Tumminello family’s production history, showcasing the connection to the past through old family recipes and the link to the future through research and innovation. For 2024, Giulia Conoscenti is the artistic creator of these unique tins.

This limited edition tin represents the “Leopard” Sicilian mythology highlights four major symbolic animals:

• The lion, a symbol of strength and power
• The cheetah, a symbol of elegance and refinement
• The ocelot, a symbol of vigilance
• The leopard, a symbol of intelligence

Inside, you will find a carefully selected range of super delicious biscuits, namely: Almond Ricci, Pistachio Ricci, Cosi Chini, Zuccotti, Coconut Pralines, Almond Cantucci, and Modica IGP Chocolate Cantucci, made only with selected ingredients and carefully crafted to ensure not only taste but also product authenticity! Tumminello biscuits are handmade in Castelbuono, a medieval village in the Madonie Mountains of Sicily, where a family artisanal company has over the years become a small business. Each product is uniquely made respecting traditions and selecting the finest regional ingredients. Love and passion for pastry, passed down from generation to generation, are essential to produce traditional, good, and authentic biscuits, capable of reviving the authentic taste of yesteryears' biscuits.

FIG FILLED BISCUITS DOUGH INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, butter, sugar, eggs, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; salt, natural flavors. FILLING INGREDIENTS: Dried figs 20% (10% of total weight), apricot puree (glucose-fructose syrup, apricot puree, sugar; thickener: pectin with sodium pyrophosphate and (assimilengat, sultanas, water, chocolate chips (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), wildflower honey, Marsala liqueur, coffee, conol, 214 (equivalent to 8% of total weight).

SICILIAN ALMOND FILLED BISCUITS DOUGH INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; salt, natural flavors. FILLING INGREDIENTS: Chopped Sicilian almonds 21% (15% of total weight), vegetable puree (squash, brassica, oranges, almonds, sugar, glucose syrup, salt, sodium bicarbonate, flavors, ingredients: sulfur dioxide), sugar, water, wildflower honey, sweetener: sorbitol, thickener: carob flour, Maraschino liqueur, cinnamon, natural flavors.

SICILIAN ALMOND PASTRIES INGREDIENTS: Chopped Sicilian almonds 53%, sugar, egg proteins, wildflower honey, sweetener: sorbitol, preservative: potassium sorbate.

COCONUT BISCUITS INGREDIENTS: Coconut flour 32%, sugar, egg proteins, chopped Sicilian almonds 16%, wildflower honey, sweetener: sorbitol, preservative: potassium sorbate.
