Brao Caffè

Our Brao Caffè products

Brao-Logo-jpgBrao Caffè coffee was, 28 years ago, the result of a long passion for this universe. Merlin Oddene was a raw coffee merchant and his love of espresso inspired him to create his own brand. In 1987, he founded the company with the first blends, Oro and Argento. Brao Caffè is well represented in north-east Italy and Trentino. Because of its top-of-the-range products, Brao Caffè carries the ‘Espresso italiano di qualità’ label.

Brao Caffè belongs to MokaMO

MOKAMO S.r.l. is a coffee roasting company based in Trento, Trentino-Alto Adige. The company's founder, Merlin Oddene, started it in the 1960s. In 1987, he created the first blend, Brao coffee, based on an old family recipe. A year later, with a focus on increasingly high-quality standards, the 100% Arabica coffee by Mrs. Rose conquered the market.

The company particularly benefited from the support of a very old traditional roasting plant in Treviso. To further guarantee quality to its customers, MokaMO quickly obtained the "Quality Italian Espresso" certification, awarded by a coffee laboratory in Trieste.

The latest products are the MOKAMO Dolce and MOKAMO Forte blends. Following these new creations and the company’s transformation from a simplified joint-stock company to a limited liability company, the name also changed from "Brao Caffè - Centro Caffe Trento S.a.s" to "Mokamo s.r.l."
