Premium coffees from different parts of the world have been handpicked here and refined by talented master roasters. One of the outstanding varieties is called Costa Rica. The beans for these pods are grown on a volcanic plateau in the highland region of Tarrazú. The climate there and the volcanic soil provide the optimal growing conditions. The coffee plants are supplied with all nutrients by the volcanic soil and the warm, humid climate makes the cherries plump and red. As a result, the Costa Rica ESE Pod is vibrant, fruity and refined/classy at the same time. Pleasant aromas of red berries and peach are present in the cup. Despite the 100% Arabica beans, this pod brings has a lot of body and complexity. It is perfect as an espresso or as a milk creation such as a cappuccino. Through the great talent and expertise of the roasting masters of Cafés Richard, the true essence of the coffee is brought out.
