Salt crystals in fine organic whole milk chocolate? Is that possible? Can it taste good? You bet! Here, two have found each other who are destined for each other. How the salt adds richness to the delicate chocolate flavor is something you have to taste to imagine.

With raw cane sugar and real cocoa butter, without emulsifiers, especially tender due to extra long conching.

For the production of our whole milk chocolates, we use fair Naturland organic alpine milk from the cooperative Milchwerke Berchtesgardener Land, which was the first dairy in Germany to successfully undergo Naturland Fair certification. "Fair" means that Naturland organic farmers in the Alpine foothills receive a higher price for their valuable milk so that they can continue to operate their farms.
