How do I proceed with the first order?
Select the desired product from the overview and add it to your shopping cart. Once you have switched to the shopping cart view, you can adjust the quantity. Follow the ordering process and enter your billing address and, if required, the delivery address.
This data is required for the delivery of the order. At the same time, a customer account will be set up with this data, which will make future orders easier for you. Make sure that the email address you entered is correct. If you already have a customer account, you can also log in directly.
Then you need to select the payment and shipping methods. Depending on the selected payment method, additional payment information is included in this email.
Can different billing and shipping addresses be used?
This is not a problem. To do this, click on "separate delivery address" further down in the form when entering your address. On the following page, enter the desired delivery address or a packing station. For all subsequent orders, this adjustment can be made in your customer account.
Delivery addresses that have already been used cannot be deleted for legal reasons.
How does the order work by bank transfer/advance payment?
In your order confirmation, which you will receive by email after placing the order, all account information for the bank transfer is included. The best way is to transfer the money via online banking. In this way, the delivery of the order is made possible in the fastest way.
When making your transfer, please indicate the order number and your name as the reason for payment.
Are orders also accepted by email or telephone?
Yes, orders via these methods are also possible. However, you should generally prefer to place your order online, as this shortens the processing time of the order considerably due to an automatic process. You can get the necessary contact information such as email addresses etc. directly on our contact page.
Please have the following information ready for your order:
- Item name or number
- Desired quantity
- Name and email address
- Shipping and billing address
- Desired payment and shipping method
Can I resume interrupted orders?
It is only possible to continue interrupted orders if a browser window with the online store is still open. If all browser windows are closed, then your session in the online store is also ended and the order must be made again.
How can I create a new customer account?
User accounts are created automatically with your first order in the online store. You will receive the access data for your customer account by email after confirming the order. For further orders, you can then authenticate yourself directly via these access data. A renewed input of the user data is therefore not necessary. You can already register here in advance.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped immediately. Only with the selected payment method prepayment we wait for the receipt of the amount. The delivery time is 2-3 days.
What happens with my entered data?
All data that you enter when ordering in the online store is stored securely and used exclusively for the delivery of the order. A transfer of data to third parties - unless they are involved in the delivery - is therefore excluded. Credit card information in particular is only used in contact with the respective credit card institute or the payment provider used.
Which currencies are supported in the online store?
The default currency used in our online store is £.
I have already ordered from the online store, how do I log in?
You have the access data for the online store from a previous order? You can log in to the left of the address entry when you place an order. Once you are logged in with the correct combination of email address and password, you can complete your order. However, you can also log in to the customer account in advance.
