Danesi
Danesi Caffè was founded in 1905 in Rome by Alfredo Danesi. Already known for his expertise in coffee, some even called him a coffee artist. He became famous for his high-quality creations, and the name Danesi quickly established itself. Alfredo was a pioneer of coffee culture in Italy and influenced the traditional way of enjoying coffee.
In 1933, his son Giovanni continued and expanded his father’s legacy. By 1973, the roasting plant had grown, opening its first office abroad. Since then, Danesi coffee blends have been recognized and appreciated worldwide. Today, Danesi exports its blends to more than 50 countries.
After Giovanni, the third generation took responsibility for this traditional roasting company. Since 1990, Alfredo and Roberto Danesi have created the necessary conditions for the company to thrive in the constantly expanding global coffee market. The fourth generation now supports brand development by analyzing trends and markets. With over 100 years of experience in the coffee industry and a love for tradition, these are the pillars of this exclusive coffee. Danesi Caffè embodies a coffee culture that combines respect for people and nature with innovative production solutions. Their awareness of the social and environmental impact of coffee cultivation and production translates into a firm commitment to continuous collaboration with small coffee producers.
Particular attention is paid to every stage of coffee production. From coffee cultivation, bean selection, blending, to roasting, a single goal remains at the forefront:
Quality coffee for coffee lovers around the world
Indeed, the roasting process is conducted gently and slowly, respecting each variety. This approach brings out the best properties and aromas from raw coffee beans. The carefully developed blend compositions create an interaction of aromas that forms the basis of Danesi Caffè's distinctive flavor profile.
