A blend of 12 different Arabica varieties. Roasted separately. Produced for a perfect "espresso italiano". Chocolatey, with hints of vanilla. Floral, with an aroma reminiscent of honey. At the end of the tasting, there is a delicate taste of dark chocolate.

An explosion of aromas. Makes a smooth, highly aromatic espresso or Schümli coffee when used with a fully automatic machine. Low acidity and very light. Jolly Caffe is one of the best roasters and is used by some of the oldest and best-known Italian cafés.
