A powerful coffee from Calabria, with all the attributes of a typical southern Italian coffee: classy, full of temperament, intense and full-flavoured.

40% Arabica / 60% Robusta beans MAURO Prestige is a flavour experience which has very little in common with the polished northern Italian blends. It has its own character, complementing its edges with a conciliatory sweetness which lends the blend a round, sublime element. A must try! Coffee Mauro relies on the traditional slow roasting process of the beans at low temperatures.

Each bean is roasted for at least 15 minutes so that the special aroma of the blends can unfold in all its fullness.

Assessment: very strong, perfect crema, high caffeine content
