Only the highest quality IGP Piedmont hazelnuts are used for these pralines, which have been processed with art and tradition by Antica Torroneria Piemontese, near the town of Alba, since 1885. The hazelnuts are also delicately roasted, using traditional methods, and end up in the Antica preparations.
