DOLCE FORTE Mokaflor

An unusual and very interesting blend from the traditional Mokaflor roasting plant in Florence. Only the best Robusta beans are used in this well-balanced blend.

Robusta beans from Zaire give this coffee its chocolaty flavour, while washed beans from Cameroon are responsible for the fragrant, spicy aroma. At the same time, this variety is elegant and rounded, as the India Parchment beans harmonise its character.

It is now well known that a good thick crema is due to the Robusta content of the blend. Here, as this is a 100% Robusta blend, the crema is full and dense. If sugar is added, it remains on the surface and waits patiently to be incorporated.

Enjoy Mokaflor Dolce Forte as a cappuccino. This powerful blend is particularly well suited to milk-based preparations. Connoisseurs enjoy it pure with sugar. After extraction, smoky aromas develop, with notes of whisky and caramel.

Characteristics: strong espresso with a high caffeine content, extremely pleasant crema formation, low acidity and little bitterness.

Origin of Robusta beans: Ethiopia, Brazil, India, Indonesia and Uganda

The particularity of Moka Efti Vigoroso is that this 100% Robusta is composed of 5 varieties. 100% Robusta coffees often has only a single variety. These different varieties make the Virgoroso round and unique. The robustas from Ethiopia give the whole a floral note and a hint of fruity aromas. Brazilian grains offer a nutty sweetness and a creamy body. Indian beans bring a deep spice and earthy aroma. The Indonesian grains enrich the blend with their strong and pronounced taste and a note of chocolate. The Ugandan grains bring a pleasant note of dark chocolate.

Thanks to the Robusta beans, the crema is all the more thick. If you sprinkle sugar afterwards, it sits on it and waits patiently for it to be stirred. Enjoy Moka Efti Virgorso in espresso or cappuccino.

It is precisely this strong mixture that tolerates milk very well. Connoisseurs taste it pure, in espresso, with sugar.
