DOMUS Caffè Moka Efti

Origin of beans: Brazil, Guatemala, India and Mexico

Roast level: medium to dark

With Domus, Moka Efti presents a clever blend of the best Arabica beans from Guatemala and Brazil, combined with Indian and Mexican Robusta beans. The Robusta beans, in particular, give this blend an incredible chocolate flavour and make it irresistibly creamy. In addition to the traditional dark chocolate and hazelnut aromas, there are also delicate clove and cinnamon notes as well as light floral notes.

This blend also stays present at the end of the tasting and immediately calls for the next delicious sip. It is best enjoyed with hot milk foam in a cappuccino or latte macchiato, but Domus is also excellent as an espresso.

In fact, Moka Efti was the official coffee supplier to the Italian royal family under King Vittorio Emanuele III. If that isn't a distinction!

Caffè La Genovese Oro 1000g

Espresso coffee, whole beans

Mixing ratio: 80% Arabica beans/ 20% Robusta beans

The beans are roasted gently, separately and with medium intensity, giving them an aromatic, chocolaty aroma. The result is a full-bodied, low acid espresso with fine nuances of bread and hazelnut and a fine, almost creamy crema.

La Genovese Caffè's Oro is a perfect choice for both screen and fully automatic preparation.

Low caffeine content of only 1.10% to 1.30%.

Thanks to its outstanding quality, La Genovese Royal has been certified as Italian Espresso by INEI (Instituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano). The Institute has been protecting and promoting genuine espresso since 1998.

Filicori Zecchini Espresso Blend

Mixture ratio: 70% Arabica beans / 30% Robusta beans

The Espresso Blend from Filicori is a prime example of a premium blend. Only the best Arabica beans from Brazil and Robusta beans from Asia are used here. The result is a medium strong coffee, rounded to the extreme. Every component seems to be precisely balanced. A true masterpiece of roasting art. Despite its intense aromas, this coffee is still very smooth, which makes it look incredibly good as an espresso or as the basis for a cappuccino.
